Summer Fruit. Look for the spiritual fruit this summer from seeds sown of prayer and discipline, and hard work. The Lord has been acting on your prayer requests even if you haven’t seen the results yet. “For the time being no discipline brings joy, but seems grievous and painful; but afterwards it yields peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it [a harvest of fruit which consists in righteous—in conformity to God’s will in purpose, thought, and action, resulting in right living and right standing with God]” (Hebrews 12:11).
GOD ANSWERS PRAYER
During our last Open Hours…
A man came in with a deep wound in his leg. He had had the wound for 6 weeks and it wasn’t healing. When he arrived the pain level was at a 4 and he was walking very carefully and slowly. When he left, the pain had gone down to a 1. He left walking with a normal pace and not favoring the leg.
Q: How was your experience today?
“I got people who care for me, pray for me. It was a good day.”
“Very good!”
Q: What did God do for you during your time at the Healing Rooms?”
“He has me surrounded by caring people. That’s a rare blessing.”
“Let me know of His presence. Dimished the pain. Praise the Lord!”
HEALING TRUTH
There is life in scripture. Ezekiel 37:5 reads, “Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live.”
This verse has been used to pray over people with respiratory system and lung conditions. One woman was healed of shortness of breath. Others who have come in with asthma have seen improvement.
