ADVENT SEASON
Christmas is upon us already! It is a season of preparation to usher in Jesus’ first coming to earth as a baby. For the four advent Sundays, we light the advent wreath candles of Hope, Preparation, Joy and Love.
My church has been studying the book of Revelation. My pastor considered taking the four weeks off to focus on Christmas themes of love, joy, peace, and birth at the manger. However, pastor decided to stay in Revelation and considers it a study of the advent of Jesus’ second coming. 2016 continues to be a very different kind of year, and preparation study for Jesus’ next visit to earth.
GOD ANSWERS PRAYER
So often we invite people back for more prayer and they come. Many healings take time and prayer. One woman starting coming 3 months ago. She says she is feeling much better since coming for the first time. The teams continue to pray. She continues to hold the words and pictures that they receive written out on 9×6 pieces of paper for her to keep and pray over. One team member had not seen her for three months. They noted that she seemed more at peace and confident. Praise God for what He does in building a solid foundation of love and truth in people. He gives peace and confidence.
One prayer team member saw arrowroot starch in the pre-prayer time. The team members had to look up what arrowroot was on Google. The Native Americans used arrowroot paste to put on the skin where arrows had gone into a body. It helped pull the poison out and helped heal the skin. Spiritually we prayed against the arrows of the enemy that had gone into this individual and asked God to remove the poison from the lies. Google also revealed that arrowroot can be used as a thickener in cooking for those with glutton sensitivities.
D. L. writes, “God used the Prayer Team members to affirm God’s word to me today – to seek Him because of His great love for me. They both reminded me of God’s promises to me for good from Jeremiah 29:11-15 and Song of Solomon 4:24-14 to sit with God. Genesis 1:27 and 1 John 4:17. God wants me to glorify Him and to rest in His love for me. I appreciate the prayer team members’ love, kindness and prayers. They were both very encouraging. May God richly bless them both.”

HEALING TRUTH
This month of December offers us a time of laying a foundation in declarations for what God wants to do in our lives for 2017. We can lay a foundation of blessing by declaring his good purposes over our lives, our ministries, our businesses, our families, and our communities. We can pray these declarations as seeds of God’s word for 2017 that will sprout and grow into manifestation as the year unfolds.
Here are some Declarations we pray at SVHR:
Silicon Valley Healing Rooms will be blessed in the name of Jesus
The Lord hears all our prayers and continues to answer them long after people receive prayer.
SVHR Prayer Ministers are established in the land they live in, in the name of Jesus.
Because the Prayer Ministers have made the Lord their refuge, and the Most High their dwelling place, no harm will come to the ministers who serve with Silicon Valley Healing Rooms, and no plague shall come near their homes.
Angels of the Lord will guard the prayer ministers in all their ways, in the name of Jesus.
The gifts and talents of the prayer ministers’ lives will be uncovered and developed as they serve and cause them to stand before the kings and queens in the name of Jesus.
The spiritual growth of the prayer ministers will continue to flourish in the name of Jesus.
Lord, you have said that our Healing Rooms will see many miracles and we come into agreement with what your prophets have spoken. Let it be so.
People’s lives will be forever changed as a result of receiving prayer in the name of Jesus
People will see and know You are God and there is none like you. Nothing is impossible for God.
Silicon Valley Healing Rooms will be a place where people learn of God and give Him glory.
INTERCESSOR NOTES
We gather tomorrow for Healing Room appointments. Let us pray for the team members as well as all those who come for prayer. May He accomplish all He wants to do tomorrow. December can be a lonely time as people compare their lives to what they think a storybook Christmas should be. Let us ask God that our prayers will allow the Holy Spirit to comfort, exhort, bless, and heal all who come for prayer this month.
Let us pray believing He will do it. Jesus’ compassion allowed him “to heal them all.” He stayed through many a late hour to pray for every person who came to him for prayer.
“And the whole multitude sought to touch Him, for power went out from Him and healed them all.” Luke 6:19
TO THE TEAM
It’s been three weeks since we last met. We come expecting to hear what God has been doing in all your lives. He’s doing His part to prepare for tomorrow. Let us add our part by coming ready to pray. As you make the decision in your heart to come, He will nudge the hearts of those you will be praying for tonight and tomorrow to commit to coming. As He knows you will be there, He will set up the divine appointments. To His glorious partnership with each of you!
