Silicon Valley Healing Rooms December News for Open Hours December 17
The Silicon Valley Healing Rooms will be open December 17 from 11-1, and also from 7-9. For the Prayer Team members, soaking starts 1 hour earlier, with Christmas cheer, worship, updates, blessings, and communion.
It’s December and our mailboxes flood with requests for money at this season.. We welcome people to come and participate in prayer to receive the joy and hope of Jesus, especially if they may not be feeling the joy of the holiday season. Christmas can be tough for people. Sometimes circumstances make it obvious, and sometimes people’s pain is hidden behind cheery doors and windows to the outside world.
Thank you to all the prayer team member who came to prayer earlier this month. Our morning time had one faithful prayer team. We prayed for all seven people who came and patiently waited. Each one had their specific reasons for being there. We were amazed at their patience. We prayed from 11:00 to 5:30. People came with deep issues and heart wrenching circumstances.
We had 12 people for the evening prayer time. Four of which were not feeling 100% or recovering from something. Time and again we see that if they can persist in their desire to come and pray, they leave stronger than when they left. One team member said that none of the symptoms of the cold were there by the time they left. We see Prayer Team members get healed in the act of obedience to yielding when God says, “Go and pray for my people.” Thank you for praying about this as a ministry in allocating your time during the busy days of Christmas season. We know God can multiply the time back to us, as we put Him first in all we do.
Testimonies
We had a woman come to the Healing Rooms last time for her second visit. She had received a job since her first visit the previous Open Hours when we were open two weeks earlier. She came with a need for some place to live starting that very evening. She had a dog sitting arrangement lined up from the middle of the month through the first week of January. But there were 10 days in between. We prayed and asked God to help. This young lady has a strong faith. She left and all of us who had met her or talked with her felt a strong tug on our heart to keep her in prayer for the next few days. When I called with a follow up call a few days later, she said God had answered the prayers and she had places to live/work through January 15. By then, she would probably have enough money saved up from her new job to be able to start looking for a room or a roommate. This was a very specific answer to prayer.
A woman writes, “Came with the realization that I may have not received healing for my heart, soul, spirit and mind as well as my physical body. I received a wonderful word of knowledge regarding wrist, stress. Got a word of prophecy regarding an Esther calling on my life. It’s a Royal calling, a position to use my administrative skills/gifting. Received healing from words, actions, and curses that have come against me in the past that has kept me from fulfilling my destiny. I feel more rested and very blessed and encouraged today.”
Another woman writes, “My husband left me and file the divorce. I’m very broken and had chest pain and loneness. While One Prayer Team member gave us the group prayer, I cry very hard because I feel God’s love and mercy like a river run to me. Another prayer team member led me to another place and prayed for me. She tell me to ask God “What you going to give me” Amazing thing happened. I waited and thought nothing is going to happen. Then I feel the joy from my belly and I start to laugh. I feel his love is so really and sufficient for me. I really appreciate this ministry. They have wisdom and understanding from the spirit. Thanks!”
We also prayed for someone with Stage 4 cancer who came very weak and in pain with a friend. The friend also received prayer from a separate prayer team. She said she had forgiven everyone that needed forgiving as best she could remember. We prayed about some specific people from her past. Afterward, she said she felt tremendous heat through her hands and complete peace. The pain throughout her body went from an 8 level to 1 or 2 level. She had learned about the Healing Rooms from a flight attendant. We invited her to come back again.
Healing Thoughts
I share a thought from AB Simpson. “Divine healing is just divine life. It is the headship of Christ over the body. It is the life of Christ in the frame. It is the union of our members with the very body of Christ and the inflowing life of Christ in our living members. It is as real as His risen and glorified body. It is as reasonable as the fact that He was raised from the dead and is a living Man with a true body and a rational soul today at God’s right hand.”

Verse 19 reads, “Do you not know your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit?” God raised up Jesus through resurrection and He will raise us up by resurrection (v. 14) – on earth, and in heaven. Verse 15 reads, “Do you not know your bodies are members of Christ?”
Simpson continues, “That living Christ belongs to us in all his attributes and powers. We are members of His body, His flesh and His bones. If we can only believe and receive it, we may live upon the very life of the Son of God. Lord, help me to know “the Lord for the body and the body for the Lord.”

We love to receive words or texts from you if God gives you a word while interceding. Texts have proven to be extremely accurate and exactly what the person (or the whole prayer team) needed to hear.
