Increasing the Intensity in May
Chuck Pierce prophesied on April 27 that the next 40 days would be extremely intense. There is a battle going on in the heavenlies that will be felt spilling over onto the earth realm. It can feel like it’s splashing into our everyday lives. He also said that the army of God will find our footing by June 2nd. The word Chuck used was, “beachhead.” What is a beachhead? Websters defines beachhead as, “an area on a hostile shore occupied to secure further landing of troops and supplies.”

“My people I am calling to stand in the midst of that intensity and I will come down and start visiting in ways I have not visited America.” (Glory of Zion, April 6, 2025, sermon titled “Say on the Path, Quitting is not an Option, Entering onto Your Path of Redemption.”)
Listening at the time, we might think, “I’ll just sit this one out.” Then the phone rings, doctor reports come in, corporate cuts happen, fences need replacing, pipes leak, accountants catch errors in the tax preparation paperwork, and relatives require extra grace, etc.

1. Pull Together Some Go-To Verses.
These won’t be the same for everyone. But some common verses act like comfort verses during tough times. |
![]() a. Psalm 91. “Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence (v.3)…A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you (v.7)…For He shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways (v.11). b. Isaiah 43:1-2 “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you…” c. Put on the Spiritual armor in Ephesians 6:10-13 “..and having done all, to stand” (v.13). |
2. Personal Rhema Words ![]() Rhema words are messages that an individual has heard directly from God, or Scriptures that have jumped off the page and into one’s heart, or words that others have heard from God for another person. It is common for people to keep a journal of these over time and go back through them for encouragement and as reminders of moments when we felt a connection point with God. Even the simple words of “Put on Kindness” (see Colossians 3:12) can be a “now” tool for the season if that is what God is emphasizing. |
3. Daily Alignment ![]() Whether we can take one minute a day or twenty minutes a day, there are ways to maximize that time and get a Godly perspective. It could be a verse over the airwaves of a Christian radio station that gives perspective. Or a short devotional story that takes two minutes to read. Or reading three chapters a day in the Bible. Or an app like GH15 (short for Give Him 15) that offers a thought for the day. It all helps us to stay in tune with His ways through busy and/or challenging seasons. |
4. Dive in Deeper with a Weekly Teaching Time or a Sermon
It could be in-person church, a podcast, or a replay of a church service from anywhere in the world. An in-depth teaching can unpack a truth in a new way. Sometimes sermons can act like a confirmation of a theme God is already highlighting in our lives. |
5. Ponder these truths with Friends
Many times, friends can remind us that God is at work in our lives, even when we can’t see it in the moment. They might remember a time when God was faithful to us, or share a story of when God was present for them in tough times. |

God Answers Prayer
Since our last Healing Rooms Open Hours:

![]() One woman came in with stress level at an 8. By the end of the appointment it had decreased to a 5. She reported that the next morning she felt like a weight had lifted off of her.
