GOD ANSWERS PRAYER

We have many parents who come in praying for their adult children.  Be encouraged.  God listens very intently to the prayers of a parent.  The team stood in the gap with one mother last Open Hours and prayed with her as she specifically prayed for her child’s current situation.  The team also reminded her of God’s ability to be the perfect parent when parents might want to dwell on their parental mistakes.  Beforehand, God has showed the team member Philippians 4:7, “Be anxious for nothing.”  The mother left with peace and trust in God.

One team prayed for a visitor, and his request.  He agreed to forgive a family member for something that happened a long time ago.  We asked the visitor if God had anything to give him.  He received one of the warfare weapons in Ephesians 6.  Both the team members also saw this, but didn’t say anything.  After he shared what God had showed him, the team members showed him what they had written down in advance in prayer to God. It was a match.  This provided great confirmation.

One mother had the team pray for one of her children.  She thanked the team and went home.  Her son got home from school and complained of congestion, sneezing, and a runny nose.  She asked him what time his nose started running, and the time matched the time the team prayed for this young boy.  She saw this as a natural reaction to what God was cleansing in the supernatural.  After sharing this with his mother, his nose and sinuses returned to normal.  He was fine.  She gave praise to God.

HEALING TRUTH

God’s answer to a problem is usually an unsuspecting person.  For some of the biggest challenges America has now, God has already birthed the answer in a young man or a young woman.  Many times it takes a crisis in their life to redirect them from where they might be now, to God. It could be an illness, a point of deep unhappiness, despair, or a divine encounter.

Scripture gives us several examples.  Zacchaeus went from being a hated tax collector to a merciful benefactor.  Jacob went from being a trickster to a God-fearing worshipper. God changed his name to Israel, and used this name to identify his people as a nation.  And Paul, formally known as Saul, went from being a murderer of Christians to a traveling evangelist and author of several books in the Bible.

When God touches a life, it creates Turnaround.  Just when things look hopeless and bleak, God intervenes in the lives of people and turns them toward Him.  Like Paul, their first question is “What must I do?”  (Acts 9:6 KJV) In the Healing Rooms, we often have a chance to pray for people whose lives God wants to turnaround.  When God turns a life around, it often produces changes no one could have dreamed of.  When we pray, we can not imagine the dimension to which God is prepared to answer the prayer.  Lives touched by God change the world.

INTERCESSOR NOTES

Thank you for praying for California!  Chuck Pierce declared a noticeable shift in the prayer climate of California

Thank you for praying for SVHR last Open Hours.  Many of our team members were at Heart Sync Training.  The morning was great and we had four rooms open.  The evening was also awesome and we had two rooms open.  We had some interesting visitors that required extra prayer.  The Lord reminded us of who He was and what He wanted to do.  He had pre-equipped us with faith and a faith-confidence and His love to love some difficult people.  He softened our hearts to pour out His love for the truly hurting.
