Open Hours September 2, 2014

SVHR is OPEN September 2 from 11am – 1pm and 7pm – 9pm

Labor Day weekend unofficially marks the end of summer and the beginning of fall.  As students return to school, parents and workers return their full attention to work and new projects to be accomplished.  Pay attention to adjustments in the spiritual realm as God opens new doors and directs our energies.

 

 

 

Psalm 24:7 reads, “Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors,  that the King of glory may come in.”  Doug Addison recently wrote on Elijah List, “There is an ancient door being opened right now over us.  Look for renewed things to come as a result.  God is opening a gateway into the Heavenly realm in 2014 for deeper revelation and greater power.”  Amen.  We’re seeing this in the Healing Rooms.  Come, pray and see what God is doing in Silicon Valley.

 

 

GOD ANSWERS PRAYERS

Sarah writes, “I received tremendous healing and deliverance most unexpectedly in a very deep place.  Every word was MOST timely and what I had been praying for years for.  They encouraged my heart and soul and the depths of my spirit.  I cannot believe the range that the three ministers covered or the truth and depth of the revelation that they gave me.  I really felt that their prayers were preparing me for my immediate future.  I am so grateful for the ministry.”

 

Prayer team saw in advance that the person was going through many struggles and heard God say, “You’re going to make it.  Be encouraged.”  The person came in for prayer regarding cancer.

 

Prayer team saw God’s joy for the person.  Another team member saw a sunflower plant with a worm in the heart of the plant.  The third member saw a sleep train mattress and God had her sleep train number.  The person came in for emotional pain, stomach issues, and irregular sleep patterns.  The team listened and prayed.  They felt God knew all about the issues in advance and had ordered the prayers.  The person receiving prayer felt relief in their stomach and felt God’s joy over her in the process of healing the emotional pain.

 

The team saw a tall tree with a vine surrounding the branches and blocking some of the sunshine. The vine came down and there was sunshine and new life coming to the tree.  They saw new seeds.  Another member saw new growth and new seeds being planted.  (Confirmation affirmed right away) The person came in with the request for God to renew their mind.  The team prayed and the person felt like it was the beginning of a new season of life.  They left feeling very encouraged.

 

One team member suggested psalm 16:6-9.  V. 6 reads, “The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places, surely I have a delightful inheritance.  I have set the Lord always before me.  Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.  Therefore my heart is glad and I will not be shaken.”  The person came in for prayer for a job change and relationship issues.  They felt very encouraged.

 

A woman came to the Healing Rooms for with a current medical diagnosis that is causing tremendous pain.  The team asked how she heard of the Healing Rooms and learned she had come for prayer once before for recurring heartburn and it had left her body completely.  A year later, she returned for prayer on another issue.  The team praised God for learning of the first answer to prayer as they began prayer for her current request.

HEALING THOUGHT

My devotional time has taken me to Ezekiel lately.  I feel God is giving many of us new hearts to match the new season His body is entering into.  “Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.  And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statues, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.  And you will live in the land that I gave to your forefathers; so you will be My people, and I will be your God.  Moreover, I will save you from all your uncleanness; and I will call for the grain and multiply it, and I will not bring a famine on you.  I will multiply the fruit of the tree and the produce of the field, that you may not receive again the disgrace of famine among the nations.”  Ezekiel 36:26-29.  The Lord goes on to explain that He is doing this for HIS sake and HIS purposes to show many nations that He is the Lord.

 

We thank you Lord for new hearts to match this new season.  Put in us your heart of compassion and passion for what you want to do in each of us and through each of us.  We pray for our cities and our state.  We are in a drought, physically and spiritually.  We need you.  Come and bring your rain of refreshment from the Holy Spirit to our land, physically and spiritually.  Give us the peace and courage to go through the doors you are opening for us.  We ask for your boldness to speak to the dry bones of our circumstances.  We speak your word so there may be life.

INTERCESSOR NOTES

Last time we met for the morning hours, the road leading to Hyannis Drive was closed for repairs.  The team and the visitors had to reroute, park and walk to get to our Open Hours.  It did not stop the Lord for doing His amazing work.   Persevere!

Thank you for hearing from God and obeying Him, as you come to bless others with healing prayer.  May the Lord give you wisdom as you adjust your schedules for fall.  Thank you for making the time to come and pray for others.  It is our prayer that the Lord will multiply blessings back to you as you come to serve.
